How do I place an order?
Open the app, choose your service and a pickup time slot. A courier comes to collect your laundry at the address provided.
How do I track my laundry?
Every order shows its progress step by step in the app: pickup, processing, ready, delivery.
When is the final price confirmed?
The price is calculated after pickup, based on your laundry and the options chosen. You confirm it before processing starts.
Can I request ironing?
Yes. Ironing is an option you add when placing your order, based on your needs.
How do I contact support?
From the app, open the Support section to ask a question or report a complaint. Without an account, use the form on the Contact us page.
Where can I download the app?
The app will be available on Google Play and the App Store. In the meantime, write to us from the Contact us page to be notified when it launches.
How is my data used?
Your data is used only to manage your orders and keep you informed. You stay in control of your information.
